Episode 1
This animation explains the reasons behind the formation of Strata Results and our philosophy of helping our clients by analyzing the necessary level of alignment between their Process, Technology, People, and Information layers.
Episode 2
This is an animation version of actual events that the Strata Results CEO experienced whilst consulting to a potential client. It is aimed at highlighting how much we should listen to our clients rather than assume we know what is best for them.
Episode 3
This video describes situations that many of our clients find themselves. The commercial joy of expanding rapidly by acquisition, but then the ugly reality of inheriting differing processes and technologies etc. Strata Results has one client that has experienced this and now has almost 32 different technologies to deal with.
Episode 4
The Tender Process is a common occurrence whereby our clients find themselves in need of a solution, but they are experts in their own industry and not in finding the “right fit” technical solution. That’s where Strata Results comes to the work with our client and help them through the complex journey of solution selection.
Episode 5
The Discovery is a process whereby after we have first been introduced to a new client and they ask for our help – they sometimes ask “Where do we start?”. We need to help our clients understand and sometimes articulate where they are and what pain they are experiencing. We can help them put together a plan of attack to hit the “big ticket” items first so that they can reap the rewards of early business benefits.
Episode 6
Recovering a damaged project is a complex process. We need to understand where the project is at, what the issues are, fix those issues and get the project back on track – all within the bounds of the approved budget and timeline. Whilst this is occurring, the existing project team need to know what to do – so we need to have the skills to manage the existing team as well as decide the future path for the project.
Episode 7
Process Mapping is a core strength of Strata Results, displaying a methodology that we are very proud of. Using multiple techniques, we are able to glean a great deal of information regarding the business’s processes and how they work. We culminate this process by developing our traditional “whole-of-business” process map that our clients can use to support strategic conversations.
Episode 8
The $50 Solution is an excerpt from a real-life situation whereby our CEO was asked to consult for a solution. In speaking to the client, they had already been quoted a significant implementation figure (significant for this client), and as they were happy with the work that Strata Results had already done – they decide to ask us to offer a solution. In listening to their requirements, our CEO realised that there was a $50 (literally) solution that serviced their needs. Needless to say – the client was very happy.
Episode 9
Project Health is a passion for Strata Results. We have developed a comprehensive methodology and technologies to support our Project Managers (world-wide). Using our trade marked technology, we can help our clients understand where a project can go wrong.
Episode 10
Our ability to perform Process Mapping is now enhanced by our ability to use technology to support us to perform deep data mining into our client’s existing systems. Using this technique we can map out their processes and replay months of transactions, thereby highlighting any potential bottlenecks that they may be experiencing.
Episode 11
Juggling is a necessary Project Management skill – Crazy! you may say, but the best skill our Project Manager can have is that when a project comes up against a major hurdle, they can “juggle” Time, Resources and Money to get the project back on track. This is a skill set not to be underestimated.
Episode 12
This episode showcases our product that monitors Project Health, called Strata View. It is a means by which our clients can instantly get updated with a dashboard view of their individual projects and also their overall investment in initiatives. We also offer it on a mobile platform.
Episode 13
In this episode we show how business transformation projects can sometimes start off as a smooth journey, but very quickly turn bumpy. At Strata Results we use our methodology to smooth out those bumps, to give our clients a smooth transformation ride.
